The fact that you think this will hurt Gianforte at all shows you don't understand your own party. He'd have been better off doing it a month ago so it got more exposure.

LMAO... that's the funniest thing I've ever heard. How quickly it escalated... the sound they make when I can imagine him picking him up and slamming him through a table.
And then the reporter couldn't have sounded anymore feminine when he said "you just body slammed me and broke my glasses".
That audio is pure gold.

Wonder if there will be charges filed. I may have missed it. Trying to keep up.

quote:No offense, but montana voters are a weird bunch. Who knows what could happen.
To be fair, this is basically unprecedented- I can't recall any campaign where the candidate himself may have completely destroyed his chance 30 hours before polls close.

The frick?
This is a turrible development, and it very well could cost him the election, depending on who votes tomorrow.
According to people on the scene the Sheriff's Dept isn't fricking around on this-- like they did witness statements, Jacob's was taken to the hospital (not due to severity or anything but to document his injuries)-- this might result in charges.

They're big on the native Montanans up here. Gianforte is from New Jersey.... Saw it in every commercial.

That's some crazy audio. Dude sounds like he lost his shite for a second. Does he have a history of temper issues?
Assault and very, very unprofessional. Can't imagine him getting the seat.
I'll admit, I thought it was a little funny.

You can't grab a hipster's phone without a body slam. That was the 3rd Coughlin's Law from the seminal film Cocktail.

He's a billionaire transplant from New Jersey and he thinks he knows and understands the need(s) of Montanans.
The first time this has ever happened in political history.

Another unhinged millionaire - perfect for Trump's cabinet. Maybe he can replace Tillerson after Rex gets tired of being Jared Kushner's underling.

Dude sounds like he has anger issues.

Its the Guardian. Why even deal with them? They're so biased...
