Enjoy your time off. I had it last week and it was the first time in 20 years I had a whole week to myself.
You can tough it out or get ivermectin. That healed me in two days.

I enjoyed my bout with the China flu these holidays. I haven't had to spend a whole bunch of time with my wife's 2 nieces. They are the worst behaving kids I've ever seen.

Official data from UK works out to be 99.25% with Omicron (not accounting for comorbidities) have needed ZERO medical attention

Another testimony from a doctor telling us the EUA vaccines are marginally effective?
I'm going to be honest; I was very surprised how sick I was. Granted it was just 2 really bad days, but I really just never get sick. Never missed one day of work in 4 years of medical school, 5 years of residency, and 1 year fellowship.

I’ll never know when I get it because I really don’t give a shite.

So, what’s your consensus?
The only defense you could make for the vaccine is you didn’t require acute medical care….but you probably wouldn’t have required that level of care without the vaccine.

have a stuffy head and my taste is reduced but not completely gone. SO has no symptoms. I don’t even have fever, temp is 98.2. Both of us aren’t vaccinated and she has severe asthma
Meanwhile our vaxxed friends all have high fevers and feel like shite

Whole family came down with it last Sunday. Husband who is the only one that is vaxed (due to work) is also the only one who had symptoms last for more than 24 hours. 2 of 3 kids had low grade fever for about 12 hrs and other child and myself had a cough but he had fever, night sweats, loss of smell and taste, headache and body aches for a few days. Really kinda crazy his symptoms compared to ours.

Im on my second go around… had alpha last January and omicron I presume now. OG Covid was worse but I’m still running fever so far with this one.

Took you long enough. Some of us have had the natural vaccine for 2 years.

I caught it last week (unvaccinated)... fatigue and headache for about a day and half and fever for about 12 hours. Sleep, Vit C, D, Zinc, and lots of water helped me recover really quick. It was not terrible at all

Well I will not use my individual experience to make a broad conclusive statement.

Correct and correct. I didn’t have to go to the hospital. Would I have had to if I were unvaccinated? I can’t say 100%, but I doubt it. All I know is I was legitimately sick with COVID despite being young, healthy, and triple vaxxed and that was very surprising to me.

Why was it very surprising?

I really need to break it down further for you? Can’t figure that one out on your own?
Posted on 12/28/21 at 6:03 pm to deltaland
Well, you’re vaccinated the real way now.
