It’s actually the smartest move.
Especially if you are a fraudster and or going to be in on the fraud, and then understand how easily a low IQ group of people can be manipulated, cheated and talked into committing fraud along the way with them.

I’d be okay with SE Asians immigrating when we have legitimate needs for immigrants. I don’t have a huge problem with Central American immigration if they were spread out where assimilation is more likely. Unfortunately, there are so many cities in America now where a Spanish speaking immigrant can go and never have to learn English. Taking people from 3rd world countries tries and putting them on assistance programs is insanely stupid though.
