So the footage of him standing in the middle of the road, approaching ICE along with 2 other people doesn't exist? This same footage shows the ICE agents tell them to get back several times before pushing them back. This footage also shows the deceased push back on ICE officers prior to him being sprayed with pepper spray.
This footage does not exist?
Or
Have you not seen it?
He saw it. He just doesn't like the scenario.

We don't know if she was doing that.
Exactly. That's the argument I've been making.
So why did you post this?

He was trying to protect a woman they attacked

Comply to what if any commands is what Im asking? He went from jumping in the way of the officer...which is what I guess is the offense that got him pepper sprayed twice.. to being thrown to the ground tackled and shot in like 10 seconds. Who was giving him commands.....what were those commands and could he have been reasonably able to follow those commands given he had just been hit twice at point blank range with blasts of pepper spray while being tackled by 6 men.

They did not attack that woman.

He's a 38 year old healthcare worker, I think he's intelligent enough to comply without being told how to. Or, at the very least give it a good college try. There is absolutely nothing he did that suggested he was interested in complying.
Urrybody knows the rules—comply or die. When someone yells gun, cops shoot first, then verify and ask questions later.

Again, why were these "peaceful observers" directing traffic
Who knows?
But the bigger question is, why do you think the answer matters so much?

It obviously matters.
"Observers directing traffic" tends to mean impeding police traffic. That's a problem.

When he heard "gun, gun, gun" some part of his brain knew he was milliseconds from being shot
lol - sonic the hedgehog couldn’t have gone from face down with no gun in hand to shooting someone behind them in milliseconds.
Guy panicked and unloaded into his back. It is hilarious how many people refuse to admit it. It is extremely rare for a cop to shoot someone that many times, much less someone laying face down with the cop over top of them.

Yes, I will say it.
He got what he deserved.
He got what he deserved.

He was then immediately brought down and tackled by 6 agents and shot seconds later.
Am I correct that someone in this thread is actually suggesting that a guy who had been brought down and subdued by 6 agents still had an arm free to reach behind his back?

Watch the video posted above this comment
I did. He spoke about how the officer that disarmed him never announced that he'd disarmed him, and how one of the officers who drew their gun had happy feet while standing on ice.
Nothing that backs up your purposefully obtuse claim.

That may be what most often happens, but it doesn't mean that every officer shooting is justified, legally or morally.
The shooting of Daniel Shaver is a great example. And yeah, the officer was acquitted of murder in that case, but he sure as hell shouldn't have been.

Yes, and apparently the cop “knew he was milliseconds away from being shot” by this man as he lay face down.

The possibility of an accidental discharge or your unsubstantiated comment trying to make him culpable?
Because yes the video doesn't cover the former, but I already did.
I responded to the latter by having you watch the video to show that talking point isn't reflective of reality

Go ahead and say it.
The left said the same thing about Kyle Rittenhouse, for the same reason; that he deserved to go to prison for murder.
Populists gonna say populist things.

You pretending that he didn't have the ability, time, or space to comply.
That's what you cannot defend.

Then the video on the OP is terribly slanted.
Doesn’t matter if the first shot hit him. As soon as the first shot was heard, the others followed suit.
