Just the way things are going and have gone, WASPs eventually allowed The Irish into White, then the Italians, then Slavic peoples like Polish and Russian, then Middle Eastern Arabs and Turkish.
Hispanics are quickly becoming White, faster than most have caught on. These new Immigrants aren't used to the American Racial classes, they see themselves as part of the majority, most south American countries don't have anything like the city based African American culture.
They don't see any advantage to being part of the permanent underclass. Because that's what the Democrats offer them. Live on govt cheese and be what this campaign worker is.
Asians have already acclimated into the mainstream culture.
So I don't think the other side will have enough people to start a civil war.

Same scenario but reverse the races.
A white Trump campaign organizer or campaigner complains on video about being sent "into a black neighborhood. And she says she knows these people are for Kamala because they're black. And they're nasty as shite. They stare at you because they don't like white people."
It would be in every Kamala ad, and the MSM NPCs would have it one a 24/7 loop until Tuesday.

It's because they know they are so undesirable. Black men prefer white women, even the frumpy ones. White men sure as hell aren't dating black women with their trashy attitudes.
