Kid Rock and my wife are both from Grosse Pointe Michigan which is like the Beverley Hills of Detroit. His blue collar white trash schitck is so old. His dad owned around 10 car dealerships

I don't care about any of that. I like Kid Rock well enough, but I think the forced southern drawl thing is silly. I saw that post had 8 downvotes. Not that I care, but 8 people are being ridiculous. You all know this guy isn't from the south, right, and that he was essentially pandering to his audience. It's ok to like the guy and still say that shite is silly.

Where someone is “from” is irrelevant. He has a home in Nashville, Alabama, and Michigan. He doesn’t spend most of his time in Michigan and hasn’t in years.

Have you ever lived across country? You pick up the local dialect pretty quickly no matter how much you fight it. When I moved to Oregon I picked up things I still to this day use even though I’m back in Alabama. My wife from Oregon sounds like a native from Alabama in less time than kid rock has lived primarily in Nashville.

So… you either don’t understand how dialect works when moving to different areas of the country or you are pushing an agenda

Nah. I’ve hated that dipshit for damn near 35 years. I don’t give a frick about him and never have because his music and persona are absolute arse. I also don’t give a shite about Bad Bunny. I’m laughing my arse off at all of the posters that keep trying to say that no one knew who he was until the last two weeks.

Not caring about this is way more normal than caring at this point.

I also don't care that Kid Rock isn't his real name.

I’ve known barnhater was a troll for years. Part of me wonders if it ever annoys him that no matter how outlandish and retarded he goes, most of the the board is outlandish and retarded enough to just meet him there and nod along, or if that’s the whole point of the act. Either way the bit works, and I won't even pretend I don’t get a laugh out of most of his posts.

He was a really shitty rapper in the early 90s. My step brother tried to get me to listen to it. I grew up listening to rap. This was absolute garbage. His persona was of a pimp. Literally the “pimp of the nation”. He also had hair like Kid from Kid n’ Play. The insider liner for the album had him flipping a bird with a stupid look on his face and hair about 10 inches high. It was absurd. “Grits sandwiches for breakfast” was the album.

El Guacho should take notes. The tell of a truly good troll is that the people being mocked never realize they’re the punchline and enthusiastically help tell the joke. Barnhater has that down to an art on this board.
