I have the same questions. This really baffles me.
When I think about the Catholic priest scandal, it was clear that the church had a vested financial interest in keeping knowledge of it under wraps, in addition to the damage it would do to the careers of those in positions of power in the church.
But what motivation does Starmar have to turn a blind eye to the actions of the Pakis to the point where he punishes people who report the crimes or report about the crimes?
And not just him, but apparently large numbers of members of both the Conservative and Labour parties?
It astounds me.
What are they thinking? That because it is part of the Paki culture back home, that they should be allowed to continue doing it while they're living in England? Makes no sense at all.

For years people in England have been telling visitors to stay away from cities in the Midlands. This includes Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Sheffield. I've been to Leeds, it smells like a urinal on Saturday mornings. Birmingham just sucks. North of that area in the Lakes District which is very nice. The money has estates up there......and very few immigrant types
