My stance is that ANTIFA et all had the playbook in place and were just waiting for the batshit signal to go off.
They knew it would happen somewhere but not where.
If they were going to stage this, Minny isn’t where I would have done it for a few reasons, including a relatively less entrenched “black culture” than most other major cities.

If this is true, this is obviously a major problem.
This is a big enough claim, however, that you’re going to need to have some evidence when you just throw that out there. Otherwise, this just falls into tinfoil hat territory

When W bush came out and sided with violent protesters something seemed off. You would also have to believe the virus was the first line of a pre planned attack.
