That's my point. If they had talked to her like human beings instead of animals the situation would never have escalated.
But that's not what they did was it.
They're federal agents, not nurses. They were not hired for their bedside manner, and that's not what they're paid for. If you want a conversation, see a therapist. They're there for action. Stay the frick out of their way and you don't have to find out, but people stick their noses in business that isn't theirs, and that's why their noses get blown off of their face.
