Roberts ia terrible.
Barrett is weak.
Gorsuch is a rock star, but is wrong on this one (but you can certainly see the basis for his opinion in his concurrence)

The leak of the draft opinion in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case, which ultimately overturned Roe v. Wade, was significant and sparked widespread controversy. An investigation by the Supreme Court did not identify the leaker, highlighting issues with the court's security and confidentiality practices.
Was Justice John Roberts the leaker?
Can he be pressured to retire?

Roberts has been compromised for awhile now …. why do you think a justice would employ such people as Boasberg and Snook?
Nobody would hire those scaliwags unless having their arm twisted….

The country needs an Epstein style investigation into Roberts adoption of kids that was rumored to have been done outside of legal parameters. Some one has the dirt on him and is blackmailing. That will not stop until there is transparent disclosure

What does the deep state have on Roberts? I’ve been told it’s an illegal adoption.
As I understand it, Roberts and his wife went outside of normal channels to adopt two Irish children, through UK back channels, ... and there have been a lot of questions about from where the children were taken, why there was a pool available for them to pick from, some medical testing, including genetic testing, that was done within the pool, and some payola hush money that went to various individuals after questions were asked and concerns were raised.
Also, he is best friends with notorious anti-Trumper, Judge James Boasberg.

Anyone outraged about this decision either never looked into the issue or doesn’t care and just wants Trump to “win”.
The admin was always obviously wrong on this, and should/could have simply used a statute that expressly authorized tariffs.

Expose the bastard for being compromised.

Coney-Barrett & Gorsuch (Trump nominees)... both heavily influenced by Roberts (dubya Bush nominated).
Those three sided with the commies on tariffs.
Trump appointed them in his first term... back when he had GOPe backstabbers advising him who were simultaneously working to sabotage him. So, not surprised they have turned out to be GOPe/uniparty and Roberts-like.

Exactly. Shows you what a never-Trumper GOPe/uniparty prick he is.

You try to make that argument on today of all days?

Roberts went to Epstein Island and had sex with minors. Comey and SDNY cleaned up his name along with all the other major players years ago. Thats why the files were "still at SDNY" when Bondi made her first big blunder. Roberts has been compromised for years. He's a puppet who takes his orders from the globalists. Thats why Prince Andrew got arrested for information secrets and not rape- his name has been deleted too. All the big names have been deleted.
am I dong it right?

He’s not a conservative or a strict constructionist. Never has been.
He broadly expanded executive power with his rulings in the wake of 9/11. He was placed in position at the forefront apex of neocon power in the state.
Now he rules in favor of limiting the executive power to conduct trade and commerce.
He is above all an institutionalist. He believes in systems and institutions over people, country, the Constitution, and believes they must be protected and strengthened.
He will evolve his rulings as necessary to maintain that objective.
That's fairly well put.

I had a lot of respect for Alito in his prime but he has become lazy and is way too infatuated with Trump.

Why? It was the right decision. Trump can still levy tariffs. However, he has to use other laws to do it, just not this one.
What are you going to say when the shoe is on the other foot one day? A Dem president starts levying tariffs on countries whose policies he doesnt' like. Say he levies tariffs on a county that doesn't support his idea of trans rights, climate change, or something else?

What’s your argument for why Roberts was wrong?

Roberts IS the Deep State... and one of his best buddies IS as well, Boasberg. There's a reason Cheney/Bush chose him as the youngest Chief Justice ever. He's the swamp's guy.
