Yeah. This is why Bush had to open Club Gitmo for the terrorists. The courts take a territorial approach, meaning if you're on our soil, you get our constitutional rights. It's the same reason that we have the anchor baby phenomenon.

I'd actually love to see one of these lawyers explain to a panel of the US Fifth how anything BDR did violated the constitution. It's a total joke done for headlines. When the lawsuit is quietly dismissed, as it will be, the drive-by media will not make a sound.

How the frick are migrants even capable of finding a lawyer? I mean for fricks sake they don’t even have phones and if they do have phones then the international roaming charge would be so expensive that their phones would get turned off by their carrier give me a fricking break

Hate to break it to y'all, but the 4th amendment does cover illegals in certain circumstances and the 14th amendment definitely does. Don't blame me, blame SCOTUS. Hope these people are swiftly deported.
