There is no more valuable professional than the credentialed black man/woman. They are recruited hard, coddled, paid more to do less just to keep them around and content.

Let's say both of those bald-faced lies were true. Why wouldn't corporate America (which we're told is evil and driven by greed) simply hire nothing but blacks and women to lower their labor costs? It's almost as if the simpletons who spout this garbage don't take their argument to its logical conclusion to see if it makes sense.

In the aggregate this is true, but disingenuous. Blacks do make less as a whole but it is not due to what the left claims is systemic racism. More like not taking advantage of opportunities availed to them

This is what Madison Avenue has been jockeying and aspiring to for decades.
They now have a vehicle - the NFL - in which they can spew whatever counter=-cultural, inciting images and messages they want without the inconvenience of having to retract them, place them in repose because of complaints, and then resurrect them later and have to start the test/probe cycle all over again.
Just to see if maybe now the populace is beginning to knuckle under and accept them.
With the NFL as their media sanctuary, they'll be no need for temporary "breaks" in the steady stream of propaganda.
They've finally hit on a vector/enabler which will allow them to spew a constant barrage of it with impunity - and all because of the souls who can't do without their NFL fix.
This is just the beginning of a real symbiosis the Left is sneering confidently about, if not euphoric over.
