Did you just notice that? It has been my avatar pic since I first joined the board over 5 years during the COVID-1984 scamdemic. But Congratulations Sherlock!

War has changed so much over the course of history, but I don’t know this can be considered a war. It’s an operation. A very successful one. Obviously there are already people in place there who are in line to start their new government. Something tells me they will be glad to do business with the US.

A war is what happened in Iraq and Afghanistan. What Trump has done is quick, targeted attacks to remove acute threats.

Quiz time-

If a foreign government slipped into the United States tonight and seized the sitting president and his spouse, would you call that—

A) A routine “military operation.”
B) An unmistakable act of war against the United States
C) A bizarre attempt to open negotiations

I was in a seminar Wednesday that lasted twice as long as this so-called “war”.

From what Trump said in his presser, it was more like 2 hours. We came in at 1:01 am and left around 3am. Shortest war I can ever remember.

Agreed, the dictator is already in custody. His support will likely evaporate. Hopefully there will be a move to democracy. One thing is assured, the communist threat moving through Venezuela has been neutralized.b

Do you think this is over? This is just the beginning. Regime change doesn't happen overnight.

If Chicom commandos raided Mar-a-Lago and absconded with Trump, it would be a direct act war.

And regardless of whether there has been an official declaration of war, this situation is no different.

Trump has already signaled that an occupying force will be sent in.

Does that mean we’ll see pitched battles between U.S. and Venezuelan troops?

Not necessarily, since we don’t yet know what kind of organized opposition, if any, will emerge.

Yet at this point it is clear that the situation is escalating beyond a one-off military strike.

It is simply Orwellian to claim this isn’t a war.

I guess you could sort of go with “B”, but the actual war would take place when the USA retaliated and got its president back. In the present case, Venezuelans are happy to be rid of their president, so the war is never going to actually materialize.

I've never seen people so angry over a perceived victory. But then again this cult is in a class by itself. It's almost like they're desperate to convince themselves that Deep State Donny is actually on their side.

If an act of war means we are in war, then list all the countries we are at war with. Hacking is considered an act of war, so you have your work cut out for you.

Venezuela - shipped drugs and gang members. Act of war.
China - hacking, stealing classified info, spy balloons. Act of war
Russia - hacking. Act of war
Israel - hacking. Act of war
UK, Australia, Canada - subversion through 5eyes, false information creating an internal crisis. Act of war

Do you get my point yet? Please name the wars we are in with all these countries that committed "acts of war" against us. What's the name of the war we are in with China? With Venezuela? With Israel?

Quick, tell us how the definition of "act of war" only includes "physical attacks" so you can keep making a fool of yourself.

The "war" was over before you even completed a REM cycle, there were no casualties, and the objective was accomplished. And you're still whining like a little bitch. You just admitted that results don't matter to you, only your feelings.

You left off an option:

D) Orwellian Doublespeak saying it isn’t war.
