If you can find a piece of land that is still claimed by the original human "tribe" that first stepped foot there, I would love to see it. Pretty much all land is "stolen" if you want to apply that infantile logic to it. So anybody can enter your house because your house is on stolen land.

Not a single person alive on this planet is in a place that wasn't taken from another group at one time or another. I live in East Tennessee...the Cherokee took much of the land over from the Creek Confederacy (Creek, Yuchi and Apalache) sometime in the 17th century. So, in the 1600s, the Cherokee were "on stolen land".

I seem to remember, in this history of the United States, the weaker faction always lost land. Just the same as it's been since the days of rocks and spears.
No one can logically say "we are on stolen land" and say at the same time "the Confederacy lost, get over it."

Who is the land stolen from. Almost all land in the United States was stolen numerous times by numerous Native American tribes.
