Insurance companies can cover anything you want.
You just have to be willing to pay the premium.

That does not say that anesthesia is cut off. Just that they won’t pay. What you posted in no way says that lifesaving care is withheld.
I am not even pro insurance company. I think they are awful. However, to claim docs would let you die because there isn’t a pre-approval is dumb.

That's not how it works. You can't be denied medical care. You can he denied funding to help pay the bill.. but no one dies from that

Yes you can
Financial ability to pay is the number one reason among a few

Different backpacks and jackets than the video and photo from Starbucks
Maybe the police have good reason to believe that the photos were not taken on the same day, but believe its the same person. What if the assassin tried Wednesday morning and failed for some reason and the police tracked him yesterday and found these? Dont think the police would release this if it was not the same
Assassin might have tried Wednesday and they looked at the CCTV from the same location around the same time and saw him stalking then too...but because he didnt get the attempt, was less concerned on how he fled and they could track him...not that hard to believe

you think lifesaving healthcare is withheld waiting on claims to be approved?

Yes
And it is
Do you have an example as to what you're referring to?

I think you're splitting hairs here.
"Lifesaving medical care" typically refers to emergency care, like your leg just got cut off in a tragic bass fishing accident and you're about to bleed out.
You absolutely can die from denied coverage issues. Certain procedures, certain cancer treatments, certain drugs... being denied.

Wait. The assassin had whitish straps on the backpack. The image shown is black straps. Also, the first picture looks like a female.

That same guy killed Patrick Swayze in Ghost, pretty much in the same neighborhood
