Nah, its not misleading. Its a terrible law. So your hateful mother in law, or a pissed off teen, whomever..... calls police and reports you for criticizing killing innocent unborn babies, you'll be arrested.

This sentiment appears from time to time on this board and generally seems to be a favorite of libertarians who are upset that neither party reflects their specific, minority views. Of course, it is one of the more ridiculous statements made on a board that is chock full of them. Just to rattle off a few obvious differences:
1. Several red states prohibit almost all abortions while some blue states allow abortion on demand until birth.
2. A Democratic president NEVER would have appointed constitutionalist judges such that Roe was overturned, returning the issue of abortion regulation to the states.
3. A moment of Democratic supermajority in Congress allowed for Obamacare, effectively federalizing 1/6 of our economy. There is no way this happens if Republicans are in charge.
I could go on and on and on. You have every right to take issue with or even loathe our two major parties, for various reasons. But to act like they are "the same" is uttlerly and demonstrably absurd.

Well decades of life experience says otherwise. The Overton Window has only moved in one direction which is left. The GOP is a limited hangout controlled opposition operation. That’s the reason only they are allowed on the ballot against the Soviet democrats. Because there’s no difference. It’s a sham. We don’t even have real elections rigged elections begins with ballot access

This is the first I’m hearing of this story and taken at face value, it sounds like a censoring of free speech, which I’m not even sure what Scotland’s laws are on that. But even though I am very pro women doing whatever they want with their own bodies, I think the other side deserves to let their opinions be known in public, private or wherever.

I think all the real men in Western Europe left a long time ago and came here.
Think about how different the Scotch-Irish ancestry are in the American south compared to Scotch Irish over there today. Or the German ancestry in the Midwest to Germany today. Or French ancestry in south Louisiana compared to France today.
