Jack Smith’s lawfare was ruled unconstitutional (as it should have been) because it came from DoJ/Executive branch if my memory serves me correctly.
Not disputing the validity of DOGE as it exists and used by Truman, Clinton, and Obama. Just that the executive has the ability to be overruled.

all those laws she mentions makes me wonder how DOD has been getting away with using so many contractors for data processing all these years.
They were all elected. I remember voting for them.

Isn’t DOGE a rebranded Obama agency?

Not on such mundane issues as the ability to hire and direct IT staff.
Has the judiciary ever weighed in on low-level staffers and what their duties are allowed to be?
Or ANY hiring decisions beyond those requiring senate approval?
This should be a career-ending ruling.

She’s too dumb to insult.

I can hear the sound of cockroaches scurrying across her floor and can smell the stench of cat shyt over burning incense sticks.

She is correct. She’s not a lawyer

Half the "suggestions" I make on here are made in jest.
However, this is one that might actually be worth contemplating.
Trump should issue everyone in DOGE an official letter (with a stamp and notary) on presidential letterhead authorizing the holder of such letter to have full access to all the alphabet agencies facilities and computer hardware "pursuant to the powers vested in the President of the United States."
Can't get any more “official authorization“ than that.

Who says any of this is unauthorized?

Easy. They were authorized by the proper DOD authority. DOGE is authorized by the president to do what they're doing.
