What type of knife was it? Do you carry a pocket knife? If you don’t, you should.

Warrior cuck. Just because you can carry a pocket knife doesn’t mean you should kill somebody with it/

The just knows the repercussions will be Frisco burned and looted, which will leak into Dallas and spark fake BLM outrage, for another summer like 2020 full of riots.

We will know all we need to when and if the judge lets this killer get tried in a different county.

It had to do with bringing a knife = premeditated murder, dummy. I have a pocket knife with me all the time.

his attorneys are really only interested in trying to try this by blaming everyone and everything for him killing the Metcalf kid.

I have a conceal carry license. I carry a 9mm for self defense. If I was at a track meet on school grounds I'd lock it up in my truck. I have no use for a knife.

I don't agree. I think he goes to prison for life.

I worry about what will happen if I'm wrong.

Isn't the judge a black liberal female? the same one that lowered his bond

No she only set bond. The trial judge will be different.

Life in prison would be appropriate

IF Karmelo is found guilty of murder, then the punishment must include forfeiture and confiscation of all funds donated to his fundraising efforts and confiscation of all benefits derived therefrom. This includes repayment of all money derived from those fundraising efforts and paid out to any and all beneficiaries, including his legal teams and going so far as money being paid to the local pizza delivery service. Rather than being returned to the donors, those funds need to be reallocated to serve the best interests of the nation.

Seeing that a terrorist like you carries a knife around, might be best for you not to be allowed on the street.

I wouldn't if I was a juror. This looks like a cut and dry case of murder.

Now that is a very good idea. Do not let these parasites get the money back to use it to find more terrorism.

How is it not first degree? He brought a knife with him = premeditation. Unless, the knife was incidently sitting on the sandwich table in the tent and he grabbed it while reacting in the heat of the moment.

I'm not sure what defines premeditation but by just bringing a weapon with you meets the criteria? I don't know if he could get convicted on first but seems pretty solid for second degree.

Finding OJ guilty would have nipped it in the bud.

Opportunity missed.
