The optics of having old people and white women fighting in the streets and getting abused is good for the left. The media can run with images of brutality against "poor weak innocents" standing up for what's right. It's all part of the psyop.

I would love for them to act like they know the law. This is gonna get really juicy going forward. Apparently FAFO wasn't enough for them.

sort of like those Georgia churches that were acting as base camps for thousands of homeless democrat voters.

Do you have a counterpoint?

I have a question, why the constant need to exaggerate attendance, word things inaccurately (packed except for all the spaces) and be disingenous in general??

I mean your quote vs. the headline is my exact point here :
quote:

hundreds of people are attending trainings for impeding federal law enforcement operations.

quote:

Thousands pack lefty activist group Monarca’s anti-ICE training

Don't forget the "huge crowds" Biden & Kamala claimed to draw on their campaigns. Why is there a constant push to exaggerate & magnify the voices of small groups that go so directly against the will of the American people??

That group does not look very tough. They need to rethink their decisions.

IRS should look at the church tax exemption if they are using their facilities for political anti gov activism.

It seems like you’re picking up weird hill to die on.

There are easily hundreds at this training. This is only one anti-group of multiple anti-groups in Minnesota. The multiple anti-ice groups give multiple trainings. Monarca had three in December.

I think you’re under exaggerating the problem.

I agree Bass.

This is not training before you cross the Pettus Bridge in Selma Alabama to protect yourself.

This is training to obstruct federal officers doing their jobs.

I would, in a perfect world, like to see two things.

One, find out where these orgs get their money, probably fed funding filtered through the church or NGO and stop/seize the funding for falsifying use.

Two, make it clear, ANY obstruction is a violation of the law and will be dealt with full force. This nonsense of blocking roads, pushing against officers, spitting on them, throwing objects. It is utter nonsense and should be dealt with, with overwhelming force.

They're literally working to disenfranchise the votes of nearly 80 million Americans (a plurality of those who voted in 2024) and they think they're so noble and that God is DEFINITELY on their side.

They shouldn't be so sure IMO.

There must be a lot more to that building than we're seeing if there's 1,000+ people in there

I think the boy has simply cried wolf a time too many for that line

I believe in honest public discourse & will fight for it tooth & nail. Look at how manipulated headlines are. Look at the case study of Reddit manipulating what gets shown & portrayed as "popular" by using bots. It's only getting worse as AI tech improves.

This headline was chosen specifically to make people feel like there's this huge grassroots uprising against Trump. It's not. It was BS during the campaigns and it's BS now imo.

It's always the same culprits - old white Evangelicals with nothing better to do, grifters, pedos, and paid protesters. Agree to disagree

I'm not sure how these leftist, woke, agitators can conceive of themselves as followers of Christ. I guess that's between them and him on judgment day, but I wouldn't want to be in their shoes

Training a force to 'resist'' federal law enforcement officers from enforcing the law where they have exclusive jurisdiction sounds a little insurrectiony, no?
