Not that Trump was ever afraid of punching back, but I with everything he's been through I think he's ratcheted it up another notch and is willing to use even dishonest tactics to play the game if the Democrats do it first.
If they are going to throw sand in his face, he's decided he's going to fight as dirty as they do and throw sand back.
I could be wrong, but I think you'll see more of this from him, not less.
I think it's a logical extension of, "If they are going to weaponize the DOJ against me, I'm going to do the same or similar."
And I support him. There's no appealing to Democrat's sense of propriety, or honesty. They have none. All that's left is force and punching back harder than you got punched.

Instead of the back and forth and speculation, just determine who the ATC was, what their qualifications were, and when they were hired.

Notice the reported doesn't dispute the fact that DEI lowers everything. The reporter is basically saying "yeah, DEI is bad but we don't yet know if it was the result in THIS case.

This can be true and it still ultimately the ATC’s fault.
If ATC was doing there job they would have commanded the airplane to abort and go around. They would have commanded the helicopter to increase speed, decrease speed, increase altitude, hell full stop hover would have worked.
Instead, it appear ATC says “you see the traffic” and then moved on to the next task.
