It’s not the auto pen that’s the issue. It’s Biden’s lack of knowledge due to severe mental decline. The constitution is clear that the power of the pardon rests solely with the President. He cannot delegate that power to anyone

Didn’t a prosecutor rule that Biden wasn’t mentally fit enough to be prosecuted for holding classified documents? Seems a court might determine that if he wasn’t fit to be prosecuted then he wasn’t fit to pardon anyone???

Even if they can't be prosecuted, they still need to be investigated and the results released to the public whether good or evil. The public can decide guilt.
