As someone who would love to see what he wants to happen, I say screw it.
If we want this to happen, let congress pass a law banning immigration for Third World Countires.
The President Can't Just decide this as something "I want this and so it shall be".

I thought that too but I've never considered Trump much of a verbal linquist. However put though, I agree that a temp. pause is due . . perhaps not the best example but after the bombing of Pearl Harbor we declared war within days . . and in a way this was an "attack" on our national guard, an act, that warrants an immediate response.

There are certainly issues on which Trump could be accused of this, but this isn’t one of them. It is the right and proper function of the Executive to make decisions such as this. This is not primarily a congressional prerogative; it is a Presidential one.
