so your assertion is Biden was of sound mind and knew about every order the autopen signed. That’s your position? Biden directed every autopen signature? Also….trump can revoke Biden’s EOs even if he signed them in crayon. You are aware of that, right?

He was suffering from Stage 6 Dementia. He could not approve nor authorize anyone to use the autopen. He was not aware of anything that was signed by a subordinate. Mike Johnson confirmed this after a face to face meeting.

Biden had the power to remove Trump's clearance retro actively to accuse him of illegally having classified information.
So, Trump can revoke autopen E.O.s. in the same way Presidents often revoke other Presidents E.O. by simply writing another E.O.
Try to stop him like everyone stopped Biden when he set Trump up for an FBI raid with the help of most govt agencies.

Further - there is an issue of what constitutes "directing a subordinate to affix the President's signature"
For instance - Biden claimed he developed a set of criteria for pardons and that his subordinates then came up with a list of people that met that criteria. Biden did not know/was not told the specific people who would be pardoned. Does that constitute "directing"?

Would it? We just saw criminal charges dropped against a former FBIDir because the judge determined the US Attorney was improperly appointed.

8000 autopen pardons were very very shady. Burkett said there were big pay offs to aides and staffers that used the autopen.. Biden only signed Hunters.
