This depends on whether or not it will be positioned in the Med or needs to transit the Suez Canal

I feel that Iran is going to be in the same position as Ukraine.

Someone else telling them not to yield, though I never expected for Iran to yield on anything.
They are not giving up on their Nuclear and Obama never had a real agreement, simply a "they said they would stop" and he gave them a shite ton of cash.

Taking Iran regime out would do a lot to stabilize the ME and end Hamas killing Jews

Yep. They've been trying to destroy Western civilization for well over a thousand years. That takes commitment.

China would love to evaluate US systems in a real world, kinetic action. Might help them with a Taiwan decision.

They don't have any data from decades of kinetic actions?

So we have hundreds of troops that are so unnecessary to warfighting that we can actually evacuate them from the war zone before the war even starts. Why were they deployed in the first place? Make it make sense!

The technology is constantly changing. The data from the GWOT doesn't necessarily apply anymore.

Nobody is talking about GWOT

So any kinetic energy in Syria or South America doesn't count?

I get it limited actions.

How about the shite we have given to the corrupt fricks in the Russian excursion does thAt count?

So, the high end proved correct.

In WW2 the ratio of fighting men to people supporting the war in the military was something like 1 in 20 were actually in combat roles. I would think that disparity has only gone up over time.

Aren't we supposed to be pulling completely out of Syria? I though I saw something the other day that the last 1,000 or so of our people over there were leaving?
