No but I do think we expect them to have at least enough capability to strike with intent to kill at least a few locations this time instead of pathetic theatre though or we likely wouldn’t be moving how we are.
It seems almost overly cautious to me but maybe iceman is just checking the boxes and not leaving anything to chance.

Venezuela reportedly was using a lot of Chinese supplied radar tech that was supposed to give early warnings against our stealth capabilities....It failed miserably to do so a few weeks ago.
If the radars don't work, the SAM's are worthless.

I’d wager the B-2’s are not coming from Whiteman this time. If anything I’d guess Diego Garcia to throw them off.

Cargo jets landing in Tehran just like the ones sent to Iraq before the US invaded. And YES, modular chemical manufacturing is transported that way when built due need. Large Gas turbine generators are transported all of the time this way. A favorite place for US built and operated used to be New Zealand which had the best most cost effective facility to rebuild to zero hours use.
