Ballistic missiles aren't very good at hitting moving targets. Given that a carrier has to be underway and turned into the wind during flight operations, the chances of one, much less four, ballistic missiles hitting it are slim to none.

I dk, hearing this makes me wonder if it’s all worth it? I’ve coached/taught several kids who are now proud military members, I think of them and I get concerned.
Is it worth American lives to bomb the shite out of this foreign nation? My gut says no, maybe I’m ignorant and it needed to happen to prevent them from doing something worse to us. If that’s the case, I’m sure that information will come out at some point and I’ll be proving wrong. It’s just hard to stomach risking American lives for regime change in a country that hasn’t proven to be capable of doing much to us. Sure they are supporting terrorism, but bombing their military/gov is not going to stop terrorism, unfortunately
