We all deserve whatever we get whether we like the outcomes or not since what we deserve is based on our actions alone. His actions put him in violent confrontations with LEOs on more than one occasion. Plenty of studies show that the risk of fatal encounters increase exponentially with every violent encounter
Also, Pretti was killed. He was not murdered.
