Cut the federal government by 75% (giving government back to the States), ensure the budget must be balanced and passed each year, and cannot create any new government position or entity without eliminating another

Term limits for both houses of Congress, with anyone already exceeding that limit to be immediately removed from office and replaced by special election. And no automatic lifetime retirement income, they earn retirement like any other federal employee.
I'm thinking 2 terms for Senators and 3 or 4 for Representatives.

I would research what President Donald Trump did and do exactly what he did. I recall one of the first things President Trump did when he came into office was overturn those ridiculous Obama Executive Orders. The same E.O.'s that were severely hampering our economy. The same E.O.'s that Plugs implemented and is now contributing to our economic crisis.

And always will be. In 1981 the Fed was trying to fix stagflation that was besetting our economy. They intentionally caused a recession to stamp out inflation. It was successful. We went into a recession and then about 8 years of low inflation growth. So while the Fed can be said to cause all of the recessions, it is not necessarily a bad thing.
