Do you honestly believe agents are looking to provoke so they’ll have to go through all the legal wrangling?

Also, is there a standing order to never get in front of a vehicle? If you are told to exit, seems like putting yourself in front is a good place to have the person think twice about driving. Again, said many times... she was in violation of traffic laws, she impeded federal operations she was ordered out of the vehicle. She accelerated at an officer. That threat is now extinguished.

It is suspected that in many vehicle shooting cases, the subject driver was attempting to flee from the agents who intentionally put themselves into the exit path of the vehicle, thereby exposing themselves to additional risk and creating justification for the use of deadly force.

OR its an attempt to detain and the vehicle is seen....get this... by law as a deadly weapon. So if you are being detained, don't drive your deadly weapon anymore or lethal force will be used because your car is a deadly weapon.....as seen by the law.

You are going to have to do better than some click bait bs.
Any actual documentation on said "practice"?

Yep he was babbling last week about Trump funding some company with an $11B grant to read brain waves or some horseshite.
Presuming he has any active brain waves this seemed to be very real and concerning to TXidiot

Seems like the simple solution is to stop when there is an officer in front of you, just like we learned in 9th grade drivers’ ed. Also, maybe don’t go and seek out confrontations with LEOs.

It is a well-known tactic used by law enforcement. Stepping in front of vehicles is only a minor part of it. The key to it is when the officer employs the use of Jedi mind tricks to influence these people to commit crimes, evade arrest, and then hit officers with their car.
