Because she is a popular enough figure that they can manipulate the vote as needed. If they tried to manipulate the vote enough for Joe to win after the debate exposing him no one would believe it, this is why they are so pissed.

She's stated numerous times that she doesn't want to get into politics any deeper than her marriage has already caused her to be. She's never stated anything otherwise and every word coming from her inner circle only reiterates this.
Anyone pushing the narrative that she's going to run is just pushing drama. They're either pushing the drama of fear that they think it would be a challenge to DJT (it might, especially if it were a last-minute decision with very little time for debates or the media -even right-leaning media- to ask tough questions) or they are Leftists who are attempting to wishcast another Obama era into being.
