18% is a fabricated number designed to surpress voter turnout. Trump was even saying so on the Rogan podcast. 2016 he was losing Wisconsin by 17 points in a poll. Because polling studies showed that 5% wasn't enough to surpress voter turnout. But 17% was enough to have people say "what's the point". Expect to see a lot of these this week.

This means nothing without 2020 numbers to compare. Is it total women? Just white women? Black women not vote dem at a much higher rate than white women.

Women are not stupid. They have innate traits that on average render them more suited for things that do not involve making the difficult decisions (which often makes them gullible).
This is an over generalization of course.
But as natural nurturers, they soften the hard edge of men and make civilization possible.
They should not, however, dominate the way their radical ideologues have brainwashed them to believe is their "right." We end up with a bunch of sissies and trannies and soy boys on one hand and overly aggressive reactionaries on the other.

But this isn't true at all. Women are very intelligent. The issue is that women are driven by emotion, and have difficulty with logic based decisions.
There's an old book your grandfather should read, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. It's a breakdown of that.
