My wife explained it to me from her POV.
If one is a party girl that likes to drink and whore around then you will be forever thought of as a partying whore. And partying whores put themselves in situations where sexual assault can happen.

Mine believes her, the therapy notes seal the deal for her. She is open to her manufacturing the part about it being Kavanaugh

In the exact same scenario? I’d still not have enough information to believe her or him....I’d expect an investigation.......
More to the point were I nominated to the SC and some woman I knew ( or not) came forward and accused me I’d INSIST on an investigation....no matter how long it took....because my name and reputation and that of my family would be far more important to me than any position.....unless of course I knew there was some there there.....then I’d probably start screaming witch hunt

My mom is more moderate than I(though solidly on the MAGA train and conservative) and said this is bullshite.
She has some sympathy for ford but couldn't get over how disorganized she was and and said she was very conflicting. We both feel awful for Kav and she believes this has something to do with the clintons(religiously followed that saga in the 90s and despises Hillary)
