She knows Jordan has no power here, unless Republicans hold up budgets and McCarthy probably doesn't have the balls for that. That said, her letter is an embarrassment for someone in her position, ostensibly having a strong case, and just makes people think she has something to hide. But, Kemp already cucked so there are really no brakes on her behavior.

If I recall correctly he wants all correspondence between Willis and the US DOJ. He clearly has jurisdiction over the USDOJ. I guess he will have to subpoena Merrick Garland now.
