Defense witness’ former home being vandalized after testifying and certain journalists attempting to dox jurors....pretty much jury intimidation

quote:Biden is not a particularly intelligent individual, and this statement provides good evidence in support of that assertion, but "how did it affect the verdict?" Did a juror hear him?
The president telling the world he hopes for the right verdict. Maybe start there Matlock?
If not, it has no bearing on the case whatsoever. Same with Mensa Waters.

Along with congresswomen engaging a mob to "get confrontational" if their preferred verdict wasn't handed down. The constant reporting on the jury and minor details about each juror being leaked to the public.
The fact that the trial was held in the city of Minneapolis where the mayor openly cheered for a guilty verdict and a large mob awaited to tear apart the city if a guilty verdict wasn't handed down.

An appeal of what? What was the procedural defect?
Probably the thousands of pieces of evidence the prosecution didn’t disclose prior to the start of the trial. That’s the starting point for an appeal beyond the theatrics.

he is 100% fricked
doesnt matter how much evidence there is, just like with trump, the courts will admit its was rigged but refuse to overturn it because they cant upset the iwant brigades

Should he get a new trial yes, will he no
No one wants to touch this with a ten foot pole. Everyone will pass the buck and the USSC will punt as well
What’s one life to appease the masses.

The irony is that this is exactly what happened in the south before the vast majority of us were ever born that led to the Civil rights movement in the first place.

He has zero shot at an appeal. When you have the POTUS and VPOTUS on TV after a verdict saying it was the right thing there is no way no how he will ever get a fair shot at any hearing for all time. His life is over.

CBS News threatening the jury and Waters threatening violence

The injustice system wouldn't touch our election, you think they want any part of Floyd? Hell no!

Posted on 4/20/21 at 8:44 pm to PeepNCroom
he has about a zero percent chance of that happening

I think there are very reasonable grounds around:
1. Denying the change of venue
2. Allowing all of the emotional, non-probative testimony
3. The lack of sequestration
4. The public tampering by federal officials
Practically, I do not think any judge is willing literally to risk his life for justice. The media already is doxxing a paramedic in Utah for donating $10 to Kyle Rittenhouse, and did you see what the mob did to the defense expert's former home? Do you know a judge with the balls the fairly review the appeal? I would argue they will threaten and doxx any attorney who even agrees to represent Chauvin on appeal.
I would love of Alan Dershowitz would do it pro bono. That is a great attorney and a man of principles (at least politically, TBD on Epstein).
