Man, if this is what the TD SB looks like I would loooooove to see what the Mexican version of TD looks like right now, especially after losing to us three times in a row

I can tell you, they still think they are our daddy. The only 2 player we have they think is worth a shite is Reyna and Dest. Pulisic is damaged goods and Aaronson runs around aimlessly.

Want to bet who’s in second after Thursday? Seems like everyone is already factoring in a loss at Azteca. Getting a point would be huge, but not if it puts the lineup in jeopardy for Panama.

I don’t actually mind roldan coming in the 60-70th minute as a sub. Also wouldn’t mind seeing milhalovic called in place of him.
No brooks remains stunning. Maybe bello has improved in Europe, we will see.

It’s weird for them not to consider McKennie elite. He destroyed them in the midfield in Cincinnati and he is a sure fire starter at one of the biggest clubs in the world.

I know the match thursday isn’t the be all end all by any means, but my panic meter is slowly rising. how fricking awesome would it be to take 3 from those cünts and watch them flail around trying to stay out of the playoff

I’ve changed my mind and I want Adams to start against Mexico.
We need our best defensive midfielder on the field if we want a result at Azteca. Against Panama we will be playing against a presumably bunkering opponent and Acosta’s free kicks give us some added oomph. If Adams doesn’t get carded against Mexico we could possibly use him against Panama if needed. If he gets yellow carded against Mexico he would be back for the Costa Rica game, in case we needed a result.

Do you really think Costa Rica is going to run the table when they only have 4 wins in 11 qualifying matches so far? A win over Panama almost certainly earns the US third place.

Looks like if the US or Mexico can be in pot 1 if one of them wins all 3 matches this round and Italy fail to qualify. If not and the US comes in the top 3 in Concacaf they be in pot 2. If they have to play NZ they will drop to pot 4 if they win.

I’m in this boat. I think holding him out is the equalivent of not trying to score too fast on the one yard line and then fumbling
we’re better than Mexico, we have more depth than Mexico. start acting like it, go make history at the Azteca, and let the chips fall where they will. if we start a B+ lineup thursday and then disaster strikes against Panama, we’ll have no one to blame but ourselves
