Right? If you're actually a Regional Sales Manager (and not Michael Scott), you'd normally talk to your VP on a regular basis and not be such a wuss.

Can’t you go into the reservation and change the HH number? What she is doing is actually against their terms and conditions. Alternatively just book your own rooms.

Start staying at Marriott

I’m surprised this has gone 4 pages without any solid advice. To me, you only have one option: charge adult movies to her card every night.
If her actions are against HR policy, she will not be able to report you and you will get to book your own stays in the future. If her actions were company policy, well, you didn’t want to work for that moocher company anyway.

Are you actually setup with a corporate travel card / able to perform expense reports? If the answer to those is no I think she is just trying to help you out by not putting it on a personal CC and having to pay tax on the reimbursement.
If you are fully setup and can easily pay with the corp travel card and she is physically driving to the hotel to check you in yes that is very weird

I mentioned how happy I was to be traveling again bc it sucks to have lost all my hotel and airline status when COVID hit.

I've noticed an uptick in this sort of thing since work travel has taken a hit over the past few years.
It's usually a boss or higher up that has grown accustomed to being top tier in every loyalty thing possible by default with their job.
They've seen their status slip the last few years and are desperate to keep it.
I just let it slide. I get the benefit of their status and don't have to mess with logistics on trips. That's a fair trade.

Let her have this one, then start booking your own travel before she can…or give her the points when you are in her city…you’ll still get them everywhere else, right?
If it really bothers you, bring your I’d to the desk and switch it to your account

I’ve had this done to me and I’ve done it to a few employees. When it’s happened to me I asked my superior to let me book for points. When I book for others I give them the option and if they’re new they usually ask me to do it.
My point is I’m sure she’s not doing it to steal your points per se

Are those your points or the company’s points? Maybe she uses them for corporate travel?
