Different laws, different states. I think Florida allows a forced blood draw when the accident has a serious injury or death. Passengers walked away without much injury. The laws got updated in 2025 so not 100% on the laws any longer.

You can find a driver with as much or more discretion than a lawyer or accountant that knows just as much about your sketchy personal behavior.
