I wasn't implying that a minority hire would be the cause of it, I meant more along the lines of if you put hiring a minority at the top of the list of requirements than you run the risk of missing out on the homerun hire. Cutting out a chunk of candidates because of their race throws out a lot of great coaches. That goes both ways too.

I was somewhat being sarcastic. My point is that whether it is Jordy, someone Jordy knows, Mascona, etc. saying something it is most likely their opinion. I don't believe anyone really knows anything as of now.

This is called setting a narrative genius. Eve if Tate is forcing or pushing a minority hire, they aren’t going to come out and say if. They are intentionally going to say the opposite to deflect. You really think the search team is going to put out there minority is a priority?
