You know Bama fans have been wanting this guy gone for over a year now. Haven't heard his name mentioned much. Is he that big of an a-hole?

Not sure why the BOB hate

He was a solid head coach both in College and NFL

His downfall was GM type decisions

He was a decent head coach but completely unlikable and then the GM stuff. In the right scenario I think he'd actually be ok, I wonder how he'd do at a place like Nebraska.

As long as he does not end up on my Houston Texans ever again, I couldn't care less where that man goes.

It's been awhile now but people forget the unbelievable job BOB did at Penn State. I'd love to go back and time and see how he would have done if he had stayed longer.

Where does he end up? I assume out with the trash at the end of the year. I don’t know much about whether he’s a big a-hole but his offense/playcalling is absolutely arse.

From the games I've seen he never seems to have any rhyme or reason to his playcalling. It's like he just calls random plays

The worst part is it seems like he makes absolutely zero adjustments. If something goes awry he has no clue how to respond

Bryce Young makes BOB look far better than he is because BY can at least manage to make enough plays in any system to score points, but when BY isn't there it looks like the TAMU game

I've posted this before when people ask why his name keeps getting mentioned for jobs.

He walked into a thankless situation, under a spotlight, and still managed to field competitive teams. Throw in his NFL experience and now his time with Saban, and his overall resume is pretty impressive compared to most guys.

I'm not sure his personality would mesh well with Nebraska, but I could see him taking on a job like Arizona State with the NCAA still lurking.

Our offensive strategy is literally "snap the ball, wait a few seconds for the play BoB called to fail to get anyone open, and then just play backyard football from there and, you know, see what happens." It's a tribute to the talent of Young that that strategy works, but when you put a non-virtuoso QB back there, the results are predictable.
