Its truly incredible that adults ever thought arresting him was an option to begin with.

Not that they will collect on the fine but it’ll get awfully expensive for Garland and is attachable to pay

If we were sent back to the days of the cave man, I would still want her with me.

That statement doesn't mean anything from you considering you're an adult child who look up to adult children.

Rep Luna is a plant. I blasted her on one of her platforms before this story even broke. They likes to pin blame on everyone else..........then when given the opportunity, she caves like the coward she is.

I don’t hate it. The way they should have dealt with this a year ago though was to simply not provide the money for the department.

Probably did not have the votes otherwise.

Two thoughts in light of recent developments.
1. The inherent contempt charge would be perfect timing considering the Democrats drum beat that no one is above the law. It gives the Rs the perfect opportunity to force the Ds to show their hypocrisy yet again.

2. The Hur deposition video has nothing to do with POTUS official business. It is for an investigation of acts before he was POTUS this there is not claim of privilege to be made. Executive privilege should be tied to immunity as both have a requirement of official business.

This. Jordan was on WarRoom this morning and belatedly said as much. The cowardly RINOs in Purple districts just cannot stand up in a fight wherein winning a battle really counts.

Garland has thrown Grandmothers in jail. Fire with fire or lose. Simple as that.

I guess I'm seeing this from a different perspective.

I really don't want the audio of Biden released at this point. We all know he's braindead, but releasing the audio only gives the establishment more ammunition in their game of trying to leverage Biden to withdraw. I don't want Biden to withdraw. A Biden vs. Trump ticket guarantees a Trump win at this point. I say let Garland skate for now and raze him to the ground later. His withholding of the tapes and contempt of Congress is only helping the good guys right now.

But carry on.

Failing to appear at a Congressional hearing or produce subpoenaed material should be impeachable. That and failing to pursue a criminal referral by Congress. Impeachment is the tool for Congress to use against current officials that aren’t doing their job.

This isn’t that hard.

If they get the audio of his deposition, they should sit on it until it’s too late for Biden to be replaced on the ballot.

Release it after it’s too late and plaster it all over the airwaves, TV, radio, internet and social media. Have Trump use it in television and internet ads. Destroy this motherfricker with his own words.

Anything is impeachable, if one has the votes.
