Why is this different with protester that was leading the protest?

Ashley Babbitt wasn’t driving a deadly weapon?

Byrd shot out of a partially closed door at an unarmed women who posed no threat to his life. A lot of people on here said FAFO, the “victim” today posed an actual threat.

Byrd’s life was not being threatened with a deadly weapon, this federal agent’s life was.

That’s why I’m asking why democrats are up in a tizzy about this. They are being very hypocritical of someone that was wrong vs someone who posed no threat in Babbitt.

Because OMB. It’s all they have.

Even though you’re a pussy assed bitch, this post is correct.
Even Trantifa idiots committing suicide by cop are not to have their deaths celebrated. It separates us from the animals and we should remember that separation.

It looks to me like the agent is the stereotypical short dick who became a cop because he wanted to wear a uniform, carry a gun, and tell other people what to do. So what if she bumped him with her car? She was past him when he fired and that murderer was not in danger of being killed himself. The guy had probably been reading True Detective since he was 10 years-old and obviously dreaming of the day when he could shoot someone. Hang him using the short drop method. I say all this as a strong Trump and ICE supporter.

Who has been protecting Byrd and why.
He even admitted his guilt and the investigation went no further than an internal investigation by the Capital City Police where he was found to be justified murdering an unarmed woman.
Any honest investigation would find him guilty.

How was the agent’s life in danger?
The Honda Pilot was not a deadly weapon. It could have been, but it was going 2 miles an hour and all the agents were on the drivers side of the car not in front and none of them were in danger of losing their life.
I’ve never heard anyone cheer that Babbitt was killed. The difference in the 2 is Byrd was fleeing and Babbitt was advancing. Neither of them alone was a threat to someone’s life. Both would have been shoved down to the grown and handcuffed if no shots were fired.

If officer Byrd was not charged with the murder of Ashley Babbitt how can this ICE agent be considered for criminal charges?
The ICE agent was talking with the woman through an open car window, the woman made a decision to ignore the instructions from the ICE agent and instead stomped on the gas pedal and nearly ran an ICE agent over.

you can't tell the difference from someone who broke into the capital and kept advancing towards protected congressmen being shot and someone who was attempting to flee being shot?

Of course I can. I’m talking about the hypocrisy from the left. Babbitt was unarmed and this lady used her car as a weapon trying to flee when told to get out of vehicle. Neither are good endings but the left is acting like the agent was all wrong. Now the elected politicians are using this to drown out the reason those agents are there.

He’ll, they celebrated when Charlie Kirk was publicly executed and when President Trump was damn near executed.
I say, reap the whirlwind… or did Senator Schumer say that?!?

Quit whining. Just rejoice in the fact that a Marxist is dead. Hopefully they riot and we get a few more tonight.

Babbitt chose to be the first person of a mob to enter a breach smashed through glass and a barricade, where a law enforcement officer was screaming "stop or I'll shoot!!!"
If someone had been shot today breaking into the Minneapolis Court house in a similar situation today at that protest, then that person was -bluntly - "asking to be shot."
Though I am encouraged that all of you would not shoot the first person to smash and climb through your windows at home if they were an unarmed female. I'm proud of you all!!!!
