In Minnesota and other blue states if you enroll in SNAP, Medicaid or other public assistance they offer to register you to vote.

But I was told on this board yesterday that Somalis couldn't wire money out of Minnesota because Somalis aren't smart enough to wire money, that's why they smuggled out trash bags full of cash through the airports. This is what I was told just yesterday, right here on this board.
