Don't know who made the worst choice, the Giants or Harbaugh.

Giants could have done a lot worse. They usually do.

Amazing hire.
Wow Giants must feel like they win the lottery getting a great established coach to be there for Dart’s whole career

Just as rumors were flying that the Giants screwed up their courtship of Harbaugh, and were back to square one because their entire coaching search was focused on him.
The goal on Wednesday was to come to an agreement, or at least have him shut down his interviews with other teams. Instead, he left town with no deal and a meeting with the Titans scheduled for Thursday morning.
I guess that means the Titans and Falcons strike out again. At least Harbaugh made it to the Atlanta interview.

Good hire. If they can get a couple solid years of draft picks right, they should be a playoff team in that time. I think of all the available coaching jobs this would be the easiest one to improve a team more immediately.

Harbaugh and Dart. Top 10 draft pick. If Nabors and Skattebo come back healthy, Giants fans should be really excited.

solid get but I'd be looking for the next Ben Johnson/mcvay.

This means the Falcons go with either Kubiak or Stefanski

It’s not like a new young HC is around every corner, probably 80% of these new guys hired don’t work out. When you haven’t won consistently in awhile going with the older proven guy makes a lot of sense

Dude has got to be thrilled now that he’s no longer married to Lamar. Like a whole new lease on life.

Lamar is an amazing talent, and actually improved his passing ability more than I actually thought he would.
BUT he is still not a great passer…..what helps to make him a GOOD passer is the threat of his legs. His body is already starting to breakdown, so this will (likely) be less and less of a factor going forward. If a defense forces him to beat them from the pocket……he can’t do it on a consistent basis.
Then you see some of the things that have come out recently about them having to adjust practice times because he couldn’t wake up on time, and things of that nature. Hell Biscotti even eluded to the fact that he’s not really a leader in his end of year presser (how he avoids confrontation at all costs).
One of the reporters asked him if Biscotti still wanted Lamar as the centerpiece (or face of the franchise) and he answered “well, I want him as my QB”. That’s pretty telling
All of that to say, yeah I believe that Harbaugh is probably pretty happy to be out of that situation with Lamar……because I think it’s going to come to a head within a few years.

It would not surprise me to see the Giants screw this up and not get a contract with him.

The Giants have been so bad for so long. They've tried going the young coordinator route for the better part of a decade and it's not worked out for them. I think getting an established coach to right the ship and rebuild the organization is a smart move right now

Harbaugh is bringing Todd Monken with him to New York

Look hes a fun kid, but Cam Skattebo has almost nothing to do with the NYGs longterm future/outlook/success haha
