Would the insurrection act allow trump to shut down broadcasts and social media for a bit?

Msm and social media are the main weapons used by the woke to fan the flames and incite/coordinate violent riots.
With those two entities not turned off during the insurrection act being enacted,
they will incite domestic terrorism in basically every big blue city. We saw it during the floyd riots when there were 20+ coordinated violent riots at the same time in multiple cities.
If they can be turned off or restricted, then by the time the woke outrage starts to spread, Minnesota will already be cleaned up.

The govenor of Minnesota. The mayor of Minneapolis. Most of other Democrat politicians and officials in Minnesota and Minneapolis stand firm with the domestic terrorists who are attacking federal agents. If social media and msm are left on during that time, Walz (example) will definitely be on every news segment, and making posts, fake crying about how trump is doing a holocaust x10000, and his bullshite will incite other dumbasses in other blue states to also start attacking federal agents on an even greater scale than they already are. Especially when you would also have cnn and MSNBC acting like it really is a holocaust x10000 and that people need to rise up.
