Can I please get a few things more to understand this:
First, what were the charges? Attempted murder, jaywalking?
Second, why is this person still in the country. Dont even let him stand trial. Once you get him (already had deportation order) put him in ice detention and ship him out.
Third, where is he now? hopefully deported...
