But the law offices of lsuguy84, SFP, and Boosie tell me that the case just isn't good and that's why they haven't brought charges against Brennan. So it can't be that the Senate is clogging the works.

Brennan lied to Congress in 2023. That not disputable. He'll be indicted on that.
Now, as for your precious senate report, it's garbage. It was written without the real info. Warner pushed it through.
Since summer 2025, what we know, factually:
1) Brennan knew clinton was shopping a plot of Russian collusion in summer 2016.
2) that fall, the Intel agencies all clarified, particularly the CIA, there was no collusion.
3) there was a presidential daily brief in early December that Trump would have been able to see as president elect, that clarified no collusion
4) Obama ordered the IC to put together an ICA that said the opposite and they buried that PDB.
5) Brennan fabricated (lied) and produced bs Intel that his analysts pushed back on, which gave rose to the now famous Brennan quote, "but doesn't it ring true"?
6) they had known for months, there wasn't anything there. Inserted the dossier into the ICA and presented it as fact in January. Comey then briefed Trump.
7) pelosi gets in front of the cameras and says Russian collusion! See video below.
8) mueller appointed on a complete fabrication. They knew it was BS the entire time.
9) Haspel locked up the real evidence in a CIA safe until spring 2025, which was declassified and presented by Tulsi
