According to Golfweek, 8 different Pro's have put 7 woods into play this week alone.

I have a Ping 410 7 wood with a 4 wood length shaft in it and it is money, much easier to hit that a hybrid out of tough lies.

Anybody else play a 7 wood ?

I have so many head covers now.

1,3,5,7 wood

6 hybrid. Looking at 7 hybrid as well.

I may end up with head covers and some wedges pretty soon.

I've got a PING G410 7 wood as well. Turned it down a degree, so it plays at 19.5° and the face is open. It's not leaving my bag anytime soon.

Years ago I had a Callaway Heavenwood, took 2 iron out. Now, I have 18* 2H and play from the “Black” tees…

By this point just let us know when you don’t have a particular club

I just pulled a 25 year old Callaway 7 wood out of the bag this week, it's great from the rough but diggy from tee and fairway. Replaced it with a Titleist 3 hybrid, I already had the matching 4 hybrid so thought I'd give this a try.

Got a 5 wood a few weeks ago and it nukes the ball. So much easier to hit than the 3 wood

Would like to know what the utility of a 7 wood is unless you're aging and losing distance on long irons.

I’ve never been someone to have a lot of woods or hybrids in my bag. Most of the time all I have is driver and my 3 wood. If I ever put a 5W in my bag it’s my 20 year old Adams Tight Lies 5W. I used to have a Callaway Steelhead 5W but someone borrowed it and I never saw it again.

I’m really interested in this club as well. I have a huge gap between 4 wood and and 4 iron.

I’m really looking for a fairway finder off the tee. My 4 wood goes a little too long as I hit down on it making it more like a 3 wood. I need a 240-245 club

I swear by my 7 wood and have for the last several years. I'm actually assembling a 24* 9 wood to try out as well. Four irons & hybrids just aren't my thing lol

Don't think that Bubba Watson, DJ and Adam Scott can be considering aging..

The 7 wood hits it high and lands it soft from most lies, something a hybrid can't do.

It is great out of the rough and fairway bunkers.

Not sure when that would be...

I still have a set of Slotline irons in the garage...

My instructor told me to get one. He said of you can't hit that you shouldn't bother playing.
He's right, it's real easy to hit. Only thing easier to hit is my 6H.
Both are Tour Edge. Underrated brand.
