The 05 is their version of an xstiff. The Oban shafts are just a little softer and smoother in the flexing stage of the swing so it’s not as harsh as say a Diamana.
The tipping as just to keep the twisting to a minimum, when I tested it out I kept losing almost every third tee ball to the right, so to keep the rotational flex down I tipped it and I will never not do that to another shaft.

Currently gaming the epic flash sub zero at 10 degrees of loft. Shaft is a matrix ozik white tie 70 gram, x flex. I play it at the length of a 3 wood.
