Those early ones you see and then are gone are scouts checking back to locations from previous seasons. He'll let the rest know.

Landed on the limb where the feeder usually hangs. By the time I got the stuff mixed up and back out there he was gone. Hope he didn’t blow me off.

Got my first visitor today. My camera refused to focus on him for some reason.

I was walking my dog this morning and saw my first one of the season dining on a blooming Azalea. Time to get the feeder out

Just brought my feeder in for the night. I’m not sure if it will be below 32 long enough to freeze, but didn’t want to chance it.

I’ve had hummingbirds all year. I make a fresh batch for 2 feeders every week. One in the front yard and one in the back. Live in BR.

I have too, for several years now - even during snow storm last year, overwintering hummers have been increasing in the gulf coast for years. Not nearly peak numbers but a couple of visits a day.

I've had a feeder out for a few days, but nothing yet. It will be in the upper 80's for the next few days so they may be heading this way.
