I don’t know much about Watkins, but 400 yards as a true freshman in the SEC is big. 15 yards a catch, and a 6’2 frame.
Made some very contested catches against LSU as well

which accounts?
Probably the same ones who said Kiffin had signed a "binding" MOU.

Hope Harlem berry doesn’t leave. He’s a competitor so I’d think he stays

Ole Miss accounts are claiming on X that they are prepared to file lawsuit against LSU for tampering if anyone transfers.
That will never hold up.

Lacy is a stud slasher. He and Harlem would be a great combo
Watkins looks like a solid blend of size and athleticism. Good feet and seems to be a good route runner. In the few twitter clips out there from this year he beat defenders coming out of his breaks and did so as a freshman against some good defenses like Oklahoma

You will have someone on here that says don’t take Lacy because it will run off berry and Durham lol watch

This is the same guy who's been wrong on everything. Maybe he's trying to jinx himself

Also Chambliss if he gets the waiver

And they both know the offense already.
A RB who already knows the blitz pickup packages is huge going into game 1.

I would think they would be loyal to Lane. We will see when portal opens. LSU got the bucks and if the QB gets another year look out.

Lane isn’t tampering if Lacy wanted to come in the first place lol. I don’t think Kiffin has to do much tampering with him or Chambliss if he gets an extra year.

Ole Miss would be the laughing stock of college football ahead of Michigan if they actually tried this.
They would have as much leverage as the NCAA in a court room.

Is he really that good tho? He has huge carry volume but 5.0 yards per carry doesn’t make him the best back in the country in my eyes. Def not Jeremiyah Love levels. I’m not sure he’s even the best back in the SEC. I’d gladly take him but I’m not sure if started to split carries with some legit backups that he’d really produce all that much

Oh well in your eyes you see it, so that’s all that matters
He had some amazing runs. His OL by no means was great. He played against OU and UGA, perhaps 2 of the top 5 DLs from a rushing standpoint in America. Then we know LSU didn’t allow much rushing from running backs. Meanwhile against Florida had 224 yards, 3 other SEC games had at least 120 yards, and Wazzu he broke 100. Also has 20 rushing TDs, he knows how to find the end zone. Dude was second in the SEC in yards…but “I mean I’d take him”
Jeremiyah Love vs Miami: 10 for 33, Love vs TAMU: 23 for 94. Hell, let’s include the other SEC team he played Arkansas: 14 for 57. Yea I’m sure ND’s schedule had NOTHING to do with his numbers….
